Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality systems and ensure the highest standards of product safety, compliance, and excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control within our manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to delivering superior products that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with IATF 16949 and other relevant standards. Lead quality audits across manufacturing facilities to identify areas for improvement, ensure compliance, and verify adherence to applicable standards. Oversees preliminary part approval process including interpretation of blueprints and specifications to determine inspection standards. Oversee quality inspection and control processes, ensuring products meet specified requirements through rigorous testing and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality objectives, monitor key performance indicators, and drive corrective actions when necessary. Schedules work time for department. Ensure that staff are trained in quality assurance and systems requirements and procedures. Oversees calibration of machinery and instruments. Lead training sessions on quality systems, regulatory updates, and best practices for staff involved in manufacturing and quality control. Requirements Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough quality audits and inspections with attention to detail. Relevant certifications in quality management or industry-specific standards are highly desirable.
