The Opportunity Project Quality Manager 1 is responsible for implementing the QMS to fulfill the quality mission and support the successful execution of assigned projects as described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and/or the Nuclear Quality Assurance Program. Key Responsibilities With some guidance from PQM2 or PQM3 :? Plans, develops, implements, monitors, evaluates, andmaintainsthe project quality plan for assigned projects

• ?Supports 1 large EPC project and/or several services projects simultaneously
• ?Collaborates with other PQMs on projects executed by professionals in multiple locations
• ?Conducts quality assessments of project procedures and documents toidentify, analyze, and document non-conforming processes or products; develops and implements corrective action by comparing activities against project quality program criteria
• ?Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates project supplier and subcontractor activities, quality systems and programs, products, and reports for adherence tothe QMSand/or the NQAM
• ?Reviews purchase orders and associated documentation to ensure correct quality requirements are included prior to contract award
• ?Identifiesand assesses improvement opportunities, and ensures a resolution isdeterminedwhich will meet project and/or process quality requirements
• ?Assistsproject team members with quality processes such as CARs, PARs, lessons learned and deviations
• ?Participatesin development and implementation of training on QMS for assigned project personnel
• ?Periodic travel will be required
• ?May involve additional work hours/week

•?Acts in capacity of a "leadperson "for issues related to quality. Minimum Qualifications 4 year degree in Engineering, Management, Quality, or Business. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a quality-related role. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. • ?Ability to understand instructions; reason and make good judgments; verbal, numeric, and spatial aptitudes;perceptionof detail in verbal or tabular materials; analytic andproblem solvingabilities; precision; memory; initiative and the ability to work with Black and Veatch staff, contractor, and client representatives
• ?The nature of the work may be fast paced
