The company is committed to delivering high-quality herbal products and remedies to promote natural wellness. Its operations are based at 33410 Sterling Ponds Blvd, serving the wider community with integrity and care. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance and Quality Control professional located in Sterling Heights, MI. The individual in this role will ensure compliance with quality standards, coordinate quality control processes, oversee Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) adherence, and execute quality audits. Day-to-day tasks include Monitoring production activities Document control Identifying areas for quality improvement Maintaining thorough documentation of quality procedures. Product testing (e.g. pH, dissolved solids, loss on drying, organoleptic and specific gravity) Microbiological testing Botanical identification testing via HPTLC Qualifications Strong detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Science, or a related field Previous experience in the alternative medicine or pharmaceutical industry is a plus Experience with HPTLC is a plus
