Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Manager to lead and maintain our quality management systems within a manufacturing environment. standards and external audits, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer satisfaction across all manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with
ISO 9000
standards. Lead preparation for and participation in external ISO audits, including coordination with certification bodies and corrective action follow-up. Develop, implement, and monitor quality policies, procedures, and performance metrics. Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes. Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality objectives. Train and mentor employees on quality standards, procedures, and continuous improvement practices. Support new product introductions and process changes from a quality assurance perspective. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred). Experience working with quality management systems in a manufacturing environment. Direct experience participating in
ISO 9000
external audits. Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred 3+ years of experience in a quality-related role within an industrial manufacturing sector. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar programs. Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality data analysis tools. Work Environment This position is based in a manufacturing facility and requires regular interaction with production, engineering, and management teams. The Quality Manager may occasionally travel to customer sites, suppliers, or audit locations as needed.
