Job Description

The Judge Group is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for Food Manufactruing Company in Milwaukie, WI Small Relo Assistance for Drive in Candidates This job will have the following responsibilities: Manage and maintain the facility's SQF program, ensuring ongoing certification and compliance with all applicable requirements. Develop, implement, validate, and continuously improve HACCP plans and preventive controls. Lead internal audit programs, including scheduling, execution, corrective action follow-up, and documentation management. Supervise, mentor, and develop QA Supervisors and QA Technicians through coaching, training, and performance management. Oversee daily quality assurance activities, including packaging inspections, seal integrity verification, weight checks, and label accuracy reviews. Investigate product and process non-conformances and lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Food Safety, or a related discipline. 3-5+ years of quality assurance experience within a food manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience managing internal audits and driving corrective actions. Strong understanding of food safety and quality systems, including SQF and HACCP.
