Job Description

Quality Services Technician responsible for supporting factory quality processes including in-line inspection, gauge management, dimensional inspection, and non-conformance processing. Job Requirements Manufacturing experience. Experience supporting factory or production quality processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with inspection activities in a manufacturing environment. Experience maintaining process documentation and quality records. Experience supporting non-conformance processing and containment activities. Preferred Skills Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programming or inspection. Knowledge of ISO quality standards. Experience creating data analysis or reporting tools. Experience with tool and gauge asset management. Experience using SAP or similar manufacturing/quality systems. Job Responsibilities Perform and support in-line inspection activities. Manage tooling and gauge assets used in quality inspection processes. Support GD&T analysis and CMM inspection activities. Process non-conforming material and coordinate containment actions. Support factory engineering and quality service processes. Coordinate inspection and containment activities with shop floor personnel. Maintain quality and process documentation. Process quality-related transactions using SAP and related manufacturing systems. Track and document completed inspection, containment, and quality activities. Prepare daily quality and production status reports. Support process compliance across operations, engineering, and supply management functions. Maintain documentation control for quality and inspection records.
Pay:
