This position combines quality inspection, machine operation, packaging, and material handling in a clean manufacturing environment with opportunities for long-term employment.Responsibilities:
Operate molding machines safely and efficiently while monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards. Inspect molded products for defects and specifications, including trimming parts as needed and accurately completing inspection logs. Package and stage finished products and raw materials according to established production and customer specifications. Perform light assembly and general production duties, supporting an efficient workflow and meeting daily production goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety, quality, and production procedures.Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; previous manufacturing or inspection experience is preferred but not required. Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow verbal and written work instructions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and following safety procedures. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift and lift up to 30 pounds. Reliable attendance and positive, team-oriented attitude; must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.Benefits and Perks:
