Quality Technician 12 Hour Day Shift
Job DescriptionJoin Amcor and Help Ensure World-Class QualityAmcor is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by monitoring product quality, food safety, and compliance standards. This role works closely with production teams to ensure products meet customer specifications while supporting our commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You'll DoPerform product inspections and quality testing throughout production.
Monitor manufacturing processes and identify quality concerns.
Maintain quality records and documentation.
Manage non-conforming material and product hold activities.
Verify corrective actions and support root cause investigations.
Support food safety, GMP, and quality system requirements.
Assist with audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Basic computer proficiency.
Manufacturing or quality experience preferred.
Experience in plastics, packaging, food safety, or QA environments is a plus.
Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to perform detailed visual inspections.
