Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to help ensure that landscaping and grounds maintenance services are being completed properly and to company standards. This position will regularly visit job sites to inspect completed and ongoing work, document site conditions through high-quality photographs, and identify any areas requiring attention or correction. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site visits to monitor landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and other grounds maintenance activities. Take clear, accurate, and detailed photographs documenting the condition and progress of each site. Verify that employees and subcontractors are completing assigned work according to project requirements and quality standards. Identify incomplete, deficient, or substandard work and communicate findings to the Project Manager. Maintain organized records of site inspections, photographs, and quality concerns. Assist the Project Manager with tracking corrective actions and ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner. Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working independently in the field. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues or incomplete work. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to take clear, professional photographs using a smartphone or digital camera. Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and basic computer applications to document and report findings. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, subcontractors, and management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established procedures. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to travel between multiple job sites as required. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, construction, facilities management, quality control, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience with government facilities or contract-based work is a plus. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to consistently complete inspections and reports on schedule.
Pay:
$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
