In this role, you'll operate an industrial sewing machine to attach product identification tags to high-strength Tufflex slings used in manufacturing, construction, automotive, and warehouse environments. Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily and weekly goals. Set up and adjust sewing equipment to ensure proper stitching and accurate tag placement. Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to maintain quality standards. Monitor machine performance and report any equipment issues. Maintain production efficiency while minimizing errors and waste. Handle materials and finished products carefully to preserve product integrity. Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe. Work closely with team members to support production demands. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment. Experience operating machinery preferred. Ability to learn and operate an industrial sewing machine. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic quality inspection experience. Comfortable working around industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma or GED required. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing, construction, automotive, warehouse, or distribution experience. Previous machine operator experience. Experience performing product quality inspections. Familiarity with machine setup and production processes. Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift Work Environment You'll work in an industrial manufacturing setting operating a sit-down sewing machine. The environment is fast-paced and production-focused, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. Products manufactured in this role are used in demanding applications where accuracy and craftsmanship matter. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Landisville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
