At Victory Tool , you'll work alongside experienced toolmakers as you learn how to build and debug high end precision metal stamping dies. This role offers real shop experience, mentorship, and a direct path into a rewarding future in manufacturing. What You'll Do Assist in building new stamping dies from concept through completion. Support repairs and maintenance to ensure tools perform at their best. Perform setup, alignment, and precision adjustments on tooling.
