Pay:

$30 / hr Position Overview Effex Management Solutions is seeking highly skilled Stainless Steel TIG Welders for a specialized, high-profile project. This opportunity requires precision, consistency, and exceptional attention to quality. We are willing to pay premium rates for welders with advanced stainless steel TIG welding, precision fabrication, aerospace, or other critical-manufacturing experience. Travel may be required, and approved travel-related expenses will be covered by the company. Responsibilities Perform precision

GTAW/TIG

welding on stainless steel components and assemblies Produce clean, consistent welds that meet strict quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, weld symbols, and specifications Fit, align, tack, and assemble components accurately Prepare materials through cutting, grinding, cleaning, and finishing Inspect completed welds for quality, dimensions, and workmanship Complete welds that may be subject to visual inspection or nondestructive testing Follow established welding procedures, safety requirements, and quality documentation processes Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area Travel to other project locations when required Qualifications At least three years of professional stainless steel TIG welding experience preferred Strong experience producing high-quality, precision welds Ability to pass a hands-on stainless steel TIG weld test Ability to read blueprints, measurements, and welding symbols Experience with thin-gauge stainless steel, tubing, or precision assemblies is strongly preferred Aerospace, defense, pressure-system, sanitary, or critical-fabrication experience is highly preferred AWS, ASME, or aerospace-related welding certifications are a plus Experience with welds inspected through dye penetrant, X-ray, or other nondestructive testing is a plus Ability to work independently while following detailed procedures Willingness to travel and work overtime or weekends when project needs require it Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail are essential Effex Management Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
