In this Industrial Metal Fabrication Welder role, your precision will power our high-quality production—and your ideas will help us work smarter together. What You'll Do Weld across multiple metals—steel, aluminum, and stainless—using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan and execute accurate welds. Set up and fine-tune welding machines and related equipment for optimal results. Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards and job specs. Keep your work area safe and tidy while following all safety protocols. Partner with teammates to improve workflow, reduce rework, and boost efficiency. Troubleshoot welding challenges and assist in resolving production issues. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent; vocational welding training preferred. Experience as a welder in manufacturing or industrial settings. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques. Ability to read technical documents, specs, and blueprints with confidence. Detail-oriented approach and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
