Shift Schedule:

Full-Time | Overtime Available Put your welding and fabrication skills to work with a growing manufacturing company offering competitive pay, steady hours, overtime opportunities, and room for advancement. We are currently hiring experienced MIG and TIG Welders for immediate openings. Candidates with experience in MIG welding, TIG welding, fabrication, fitting, or blueprint reading are encouraged to apply. You do not need experience with both MIG and TIG welding to be considered. What You'll Be Doing Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal parts, components, and assemblies Fabricate, fit, and assemble parts according to blueprints and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and weld symbols Set up welding equipment and select the correct settings for each project Operate grinders, saws, power tools, and other fabrication equipment Use tape measures, calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, appearance, and dimensional accuracy Operate overhead cranes and material-handling equipment as needed Work with production team members to meet quality and productivity goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For Previous MIG, TIG, fitting, or fabrication welding experience Ability to produce clean, consistent, and accurate welds Blueprint and technical drawing experience preferred Familiarity with fabrication tools and shop equipment Ability to accurately use measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime when needed
