Minimum of 2 years welding experience. We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder specializing in aluminum and stainless steel fabrication. This position involves precision welding of custom and production parts in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions while meeting quality and safety standards. Join our team and enjoy a Monday - Thursday schedule , working 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM — giving you Fridays off and a full three-day weekend every week.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform TIG welding on various metal materials, including aluminum and stainless steel. Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to understand welding requirements. Set up and operate TIG welding equipment, including selecting appropriate settings. Ensure proper cleaning and preparation of materials before welding. Monitor and maintain the welding equipment to ensure it functions optimally. Inspect welded components to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments as needed. Safe handling and operation of machines (band saw, drill press, press brake, plasma cutter, hand tools). Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical shop work Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, fumes, and metal dust Consistent attendance, reliability, and professionalism

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a TIG Welder, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Expertise in TIG welding techniques, with the ability to weld Stainless Steel and Aluminum. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of welding equipment and tools, with the ability to set up and troubleshoot as necessary. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. You will be responsible for welding Stainless Steel and Aluminum components with a high degree of precision and ensuring the final products meet our quality standards.
