Blackwater Industries is a custom steel fabrication company supporting products in multiple market segments. Blackwater Industries is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a TIG Welder. •(Structural, Combo, and Pipe positions are available.)

Requirements:

Ability to read and understand drawings Ability to read and understand weld procedures (WPS) GTAW and GMAW experience is required Must pass pre-employment weld test No less than 2 years of experience in GTAW Welding Must be able to comprehend instructions from supervisors Exhibit knowledge of material identification, equipment utilization, welder equipment set-up and maintenance Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must have a proactive work ethic Perform general shop cleanup, organization, and maintenance tasks Must be willing to help with what gets a project shipped, which may include non-welding tasks
