Full-Time IQ Resource Group is hiring for our client in Hartford, WI! We're looking for an experienced Layout Welder to join a growing metal fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder who can independently lay out, fit, and weld complex fabrications while maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision. What You'll Do Lay out, fit, and weld complex metal fabrications according to blueprints and specifications. Perform MIG and TIG welding with a strong focus on accuracy, fit, and finish. Verify assemblies and inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings. Use precision measuring tools to confirm dimensions and tolerances. Maintain welding equipment and keep a safe, clean, and organized work area. What We're Looking For 3+ years of layout and welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Proficiency in both MIG and TIG welding. Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
