•We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI. If you have a passion for precision welding and a knack for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will work with a variety of materials and contribute to exciting projects in a collaborative environment. Your expertise in TIGwelding will be essential as you help us maintain our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on a variety of materials, ensuring high-quality welds that meet specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Troubleshoot welding issues and implement effective solutions to maintain production flow. Collaborate with team members to optimize welding processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance. Qualifications Proven experience as a TIG Welder; MIG welding experience is a plus. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve welding issues. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
