Job Description

Welder Trainee -
No Experience Necessary Pay:
$20-$22/hr

Your Schedule:
Students:
Flexible hours built around your class schedule
Full-time:
Monday-Thursday, 5am-3pm, with Friday overtime as needed (can move to second shift or weekend shift after training)
What You'll Do:
Start out learning robotic welding, then progress toward hands-on MIG and/or TIG welding as your skills grow Learn to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols; set up components to spec Inspect completed welds for quality; learn to measure with calipers, micrometers, and tape measures Maintain welding equipment (torches, wire, tips, nozzles, diffusers) Follow all safety standards
What We're Looking For:
No prior welding experience required - we'll train the right person Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable and punctual; able to commit to a consistent schedule Comfortable with basic math and measuring tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Candidates may be asked to complete a basic aptitude and hands-on evaluation as part of the interview process. $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 48.0 per week
