Looking for a strategist operator to own marketing across our direct-to-consumer practice and our B2B lab and licensing divisions.
This is a build-and-scale role:
you'll align brand strategy and growth with performance media, digital experience, and analytics to drive qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and protect profitability - all while keeping the customer experience at the center. Develop and execute the brand marketing strategy across every segment of the business: attracting full-arch and implant patients to Hybridge Dental Implants practices and all future entities. Growing doctor adoption of Hybridge Laboratory services. Oversee a consistent marketing message for the Elmwood Dental Family practice. Manage over a million+ marketing investment, lead a small in-house team and agency partners, and sit on the executive leadership team, helping shape the company's long-range roadmap. The right person is equally comfortable setting a three-year strategy and running a weekly operating cadence on spend, lead flow, and pipeline. Aligning with stakeholders, doctors, clinical staff, and peers, to execute work and messaging across each entity. WHAT YOU BRING
10+ years in marketing with senior leadership experience spanning both DTC and B2B; healthcare, Consumer Package Goods, or tech-enabled services are a strong plus A track record of building scalable growth engines and hitting measurable targets on efficiency and profitability - not just brand-building for its own sake Deep fluency in performance media, media buying, omni-channel campaign development, and full-funnel customer acquisition and retention Strong command of analytics and KPI development; make data-driven decisions and hold yourself and the team to them Experience leading brand strategy, rebrands, and creative production with internal teams and external agencies, including PR and social Comfort operating in a multi-stakeholder environment and earning alignment from clinical, operational, and finance partners, as well as directing a marketing team Hands-on familiarity with a modern marketing stack (CRM, call tracking, dashboarding, project management, CMS) and the judgment to select and integrate tools Awareness of healthcare advertising and patient-privacy considerations when using patient stories, images, and reviews a plus Demonstrated ability to integrate AI and new tools into marketing operations Proven people leadership - building teams, managing agency and vendor partners, and operating at the executive table Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable influencing peers, founders, and partners. Budget ownership experience Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
