full-time Our client is seeking a data-driven digital marketer to help manage and enhance paid advertising efforts across search and emerging digital channels. This role is responsible for executing campaigns, analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to broader acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate enjoys working with analytics, testing new ideas, and optimizing campaigns to improve business outcomes. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day paid search campaigns across major advertising platforms. Adjust campaign settings, targeting, bids, audiences, and creative assets to maximize performance. Track and evaluate campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve results. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support campaign execution and ongoing optimization. Develop, test, and refine advertising copy and messaging. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, evolving search behavior, and emerging technologies. Explore new customer acquisition opportunities across digital channels, including paid social and other advertising platforms. Monitor brand presence and visibility within traditional and AI-powered search environments. Support budget tracking, vendor invoicing, and campaign reporting. Participate in strategic discussions around audience growth, channel diversification, and marketing innovation. Assist with additional marketing initiatives and special projects as needed. What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, demand generation, or a related field. Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads. Working knowledge of keyword strategy, bidding methodologies, audience segmentation, attribution, and conversion measurement. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms is a plus. Exposure to reporting, visualization, or analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar technologies is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter who enjoys learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Passion for digital marketing, consumer behavior, and performance analytics.
