Communications Support Specialist Communications Support Specialist Remote Role Summary Provides communications, graphic design, accessibility, and stakeholder engagement support for OPTN modernization activities. Develops visually engaging, Section 508-compliant communications products and supports digital communications, executive communications, presentations, infographics, and outreach materials. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Public Affairs, English, Journalism, or related field. 3+ years of communications and graphic design experience. Demonstrated experience creating Section 508-compliant documents and presentations. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience creating infographics, reports, briefing materials, and visual communication products. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience conducting Section 508 testing and document remediation. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Federal communications programs. Experience supporting HRSA, HHS, or healthcare-related programs. Experience with digital communications and website content. Experience developing executive-level presentations. Experience with accessibility tools (Adobe Acrobat Pro, CommonLook, etc.). Experience supporting stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
