Job Description

Job description Office and Communication Coordinator We are looking for someone who is steady, warm, responsible, and naturally trusted by others. This role is about more than managing a front desk. • Welcome students, parents, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and clarity.
  • Manage scheduling, class check-ins, client and family phone calls, emails, family questions, and internal updates.
  • Keep the front desk and office organized and help the studio run smoothly, especially during busy hours.

        Responsible:
You take ownership of what needs to be done, even when no one is watching.
          Clear:
You communicate kindly, directly, and consistently with families, staff, and instructors. Qualifications
          • Strong communication in person, by phone, and by email.
          • Organization, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple priorities.
          • Basic administrative ability and comfort with schedules, simple computer and website software, and office tools.
          • Dance organization background is helpful, but genuine care for people and community is essential.
