About the Role United By Nature is looking for a Social Media Producer who lives and breathes internet culture. This is a hands-on creator role for someone who can take an idea at 9am and have a finished, scroll-stopping Reel published by noon. You'll be the face, voice, and storyteller of our brand across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond

This role is all about creation and execution. You won't be building marketing strategy decks; you'll be making the content that brings our brand to life every single day. What You'll Do Create internet-first, viral-style content. Own the day-to-day creation of Reels, TikToks, memes, carousels, and other social-first content that feels culturally relevant, entertaining, and shareable. You'll move fast, jump on trends while they're still trending, and know instinctively what makes content worth stopping for. Be the face and storyteller of the brand. You're comfortable on camera

• hosting, interviewing, riffing, and creating authentic, personality-driven content. You bring humor, quick wit, and a deep fluency in internet culture that makes United By Nature's stories feel human and relatable. Own production from idea to publish. Take concepts and turn them into finished content quickly
• filming, editing, and publishing social assets end to end. You'll create high-quality, iPhone-first, lo-fi content that feels native to TikTok and Instagram, while collaborating with the marketing team on larger campaigns. What We're Looking For A natural on-camera presence with humor, personality, and confidence
• you don't just make content, you are the content A proven eye for what performs: you understand trends, formats, hooks, and platform culture on TikTok and Instagram Strong self-directed production skills: shooting, editing, and publishing without waiting on a big production team Proficiency in CapCut and Canva (or similar editing and design tools) Speed and scrappiness
• you can turn concepts into published content in hours, not weeks A collaborative spirit: you'll work closely with the marketing team on bigger campaigns while owning your day-to-day content How to Apply Submit your resume along with 3 examples of your favorite work
