Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help manage and elevate our digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the beauty industry and a knack for understanding brand aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and curate visually appealing content for Addendum Hair's social media platforms, primarily Instagram. Edit videos and photos to produce engaging and on-brand visuals. Conduct research to identify current social media trends, especially in the beauty industry. Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize content performance. Collaborate with team members to align social media efforts with brand goals. Independently create content with minimal direction, staying true to the Addendum Hair brand image. Proactively provide creative ideas and strategies to grow audience reach and engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in video and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Photoshop, etc.). Deep understanding of Instagram and its features, including Reels, Stories, and analytics tools. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics. Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay updated on trends. Ability to work independently while managing time and deadlines effectively. Previous experience managing social media accounts or creating branded content is a plus.
