Employee discounts on jewelry. About the Role We're looking for a creative, energetic social media content creator to help grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This is NOT a professional videography or commercial production position. We create authentic, fast-paced social media content using smartphones. If you're comfortable creating engaging content with your phone and keeping up with social media trends, we'd love to meet you. No professional cameras, studio equipment, or advanced video production experience required. A laptop is not required for the job. We primarily create and edit content directly on our phones using apps such as CapCut. Before applying, please check out our social media pages to get an idea of the type of content we create. Responsibilities Film, edit, and post content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Showcase our jewelry, custom pieces, and manufacturing process Plan and maintain a consistent weekly posting schedule Stay current with social media trends and viral content Create content in both English and Spanish Run Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns Monitor performance and improve content based on results Requirements Comfortable filming and editing content on a smartphone Experience using CapCut or similar mobile editing apps Understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and algorithms Fluent in English and Spanish Self-motivated and able to work independently Creative mindset and willingness to appear on camera when needed Preferred Qualifications Experience managing social media accounts for a business Jewelry, fashion, retail, or luxury goods experience TikTok Shop or Instagram Shopping experience Experience with Facebook Ads Manager Portfolio or examples of social media content you've created Important This is an hourly, full-time position, not freelance, contract, event, or commercial video work.
