Ecommerce Support Specialist Parts Lab Inc Chino, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $23 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Computer operation Teamwork Multilingual ERP systems English E-commerce Client services Data entry Chinese Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible to assist sales orders, working with overseas team staff, and driving the growth of the e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, excellent communication abilities in both Chinese and English language, and a passion for teamwork performance. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the e-commerce orders, including updating order status, locate / prepare orders in warehouse, inventory management, and order processing. Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date inventory information and records. Working with Asia staff and warehouse team to process / prepare daily orders; addressing inventory, sales, order tracking information, and resolving issues through various communication channels. Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers regarding their orders or feedback. Utilize computer systems to track order, return, and performance and generate reports for analysis. Communicate effectively with team members and customers in English and Chinese language; multilingual skills are required. Maintain phone etiquette while interacting with Asia team and clients to ensure a professional experience. Requirements Proven experience in e-commerce or related fields is preferred. Strong computer and data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent client service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Experience in outbound calling is advantageous. Proficiency in using computer ERP systems and related software relevant to e-commerce operations. Familiarity with call center environments is a plus but not required.
