E-Commerce Marketing Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sound Town is seeking an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day marketing operations and online store management. This role focuses on Shopify product listings, content updates, and execution of marketing campaigns across email and social media. The position works closely with an overseas team and requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and basic design skills for marketing assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and update Shopify product listings (titles, descriptions, images, specs). Ensure accuracy and consistency across all product pages. Coordinate and schedule homepage banners and promotional updates. Execute email marketing campaigns (setup, scheduling, basic reporting). Manage and schedule social media posts based on marketing calendar. Communicate with overseas team to align on content, timelines, and updates. Make basic edits to marketing assets using Adobe Photoshop. Assist with ongoing website content updates and promotional changes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

Experience in e-commerce, consumer electronics, or audio products. Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp or similar). Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. Basic understanding of digital marketing performance metrics. Experience with social media scheduling tools. Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
