Portfolio Overview D5 Capital Holdings is a private equity-backed holding company growing best-in-class home services brands: StruXure, leader in motorized pergolas and smart outdoor living; K&H Home Solutions, a 70-year name in Colorado exterior remodeling; K&H Painting Professionals, which joined the portfolio in 2025; and the rest of our growing portfolio, across Colorado, Georgia, and Utah.

About the Role You'll own marketing strategy and execution across the entire D5 portfolio: a multi-million dollar budget and the teams behind demand generation, performance marketing, tradeshow strategy, and lead conversion, including the shared services call center. As marketing partner to each entity's General Manager, you'll translate portfolio-wide strategy into market-level execution. The operating rhythm you set holds marketing, sales, operations, and brand leadership accountable to one outcome: profitability, not just activity. Call center performance sharpens through both AI-enabled tools and dedicated human effort, measured by the portfolio's ability to turn demand into profitable revenue. This role is open to candidates located within commuting distance of Arvada, CO or Alpharetta, GA. What You'll Do Set marketing strategy and own the multi-million dollar portfolio budget, driving ROI and profitability across all markets Manage and develop the marketing team, overseeing the call center so leads are worked, closed, and converted Shift focus from impressions and brand awareness to direct response: actions, leads, and conversions Own the lead-to-revenue pipeline, managing CPL and channel mix to prioritize profit per lead over volume Own lead quality and scoring to focus call center capacity on the best-fit leads Balance promotions and pricing strategy to protect margin Serve as the marketing lead for each entity's GM, aligning lead volume and quality with field capacity and margin Identify cross-sell opportunities across portfolio brands to grow household-level value Own the data: building and running the scorecards that hold marketing, sales, and call center teams accountable across lead volume, CPL, conversion, and profitability by channel and market Develop and optimize direct response campaigns across paid media, digital, and other channelsWhat You Bring Required:
Experience in home improvement, outdoor living, or a related consumer services industry 8+ years of marketing leadership experience, with a strong track record in direct response marketing Experience owning multi-million dollar budgets, with accountability to profitability Experience overseeing or working closely with a call center or lead-conversion function Deeply analytical, with a track record of owning the data and scorecards that drive accountability across marketing, sales, and call center teams Experience marketing across multiple markets, regions, or a multi-brand portfolio Proven ability to lead marketing teams and hold them accountable to results A player-coach mindset: strategic one moment, hands-on the next; no task too big or too small Experience with CRM or lead-tracking platforms (e.g., i360 or similar systems) Why This Role Stands Out This is an executive team seat with direct influence over how a fast-growing portfolio scales.
