We're looking for a Marketing and Events Manager to lead integrated marketing programs that elevate our brand, engage customers, and drive growth across North America. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, creative, and results-driven marketing communications professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. If you love building campaigns, managing high-impact events, creating compelling content, and collaborating across teams to make a measurable business impact, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead Marketing Communications That Drive Growth Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans that support product launches, customer engagement, and commercial priorities. Partner with product marketing to create compelling messaging and content that translates complex clinical and technical concepts into clear customer value. Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, web, social media, advertising, print, and field marketing channels. Develop sales tools, customer presentations, videos, brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials that support business objectives. Own High-Impact Events and Tradeshows Lead planning and execution of national and regional tradeshows, congresses, customer programs, and sales meetings. Create memorable customer experiences that drive engagement and support commercial growth. Manage exhibit strategy, booth development, logistics, vendors, budgets, and onsite execution. Measure performance and ROI to continuously improve event effectiveness. Accelerate Digital Customer Engagement Manage website content and digital marketing initiatives. Partner with internal teams and agencies to execute email marketing, social media, and digital advertising programs. Monitor campaign performance and leverage insights to optimize results. Support customer education and engagement through innovative digital experiences. Partner Across the Business Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Clinical, Professional Education, and Corporate Communications teams. Support product launches with coordinated communication plans and sales enablement activities. Serve as a key marketing resource for customer-facing initiatives and field communication needs. Lead and Develop Talent Manage and mentor a Marketing Coordinator and potential future team members. Foster a culture of talent development and growth What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, event marketing, product marketing, or a related commercial role. Experience in a regulated industry or cardiovascular products and medical devices is a plus but not required. Proven success developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Experience managing tradeshows, customer events, congresses, and sales meetings. Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Experience using digital marketing, social media, web, and email marketing platforms. Pay Transparency A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $110,000 - $145,000 based on experience + discretionary annual bonus.
