Job Overview We are searching for a Sales Associate/Social media specialist to join our team. This position is the first impression to our customers and one of the forward-facing positions in our dealership. From this role there is room for advancement. Let us know if you have any questions. And we hope to hear from you! Duties Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers, ensuring a positive first impression for the company. Respond to and cultivate leads. Drive sales from social media and events. Maintain social media pages including posting, follow ups, create visuals, engage with followers, and content creation. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries efficiently. Assist customers, answer questions, or take messages for staff so customers are helped and workflow moves efficiently. Process payments and transactions. Ensure the sales area is tidy and presentable, and support colleagues with tasks. Provide clerical support including supporting customer service efforts during the sales process and post-sale follow ups. Perform general scheduling duties check in on tasks/appointments due throughout the week while maintaining good communication with customers. Skills/Experience Proficiency and computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social media literacy, and . Experience using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette skills. Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and staff. Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Experience in customer support to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all tasks. Pay:
