MedSpa Patient Concierge (Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist- MedSpa Experience Required)

The Role This is a full-time, on-site position at our Tampa location. As our Patient Concierge, you're the heartbeat of the front desk, the first face patients see, the voice they hear on the phone, and a key part of how they feel about Skintellect from the moment they walk in. You'll manage a high-volume schedule, support patient billing, drive membership and package sales, and keep everything running beautifully across phone, text, email, and in-person interactions. This isn't just reception , it's relationship management, sales, and logistics all in one. What You'll Do Be the primary point of contact for patients: phone, text, email, and in person Book, confirm, and manage appointments for multiple providers with precision Answer questions about treatments, products, and services with confidence Sell memberships, packages, and retail, and meet sales goals Become a true expert in Skintellect's full menu of services and products Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient records and billing accounts Keep the front desk and lobby organized and beautiful Must-Haves Minimum 1 -2 years of front desk experience at an aesthetic medspa or dermatology clinic (required, no exceptions)

Bilingual:

English and Spanish, written and spoken You thrive under pressure: a packed schedule is where you shine, not something you endure

Tech-savvy:
