What You'll Do Grind, sand, and polish metal parts Help cut, drill, and shape steel Assist welders (MIG/TIG) Pack finished products Load/unload materials and trucks Use tools, forklifts, and cranes (after training) Follow drawings, instructions, and safety rules Requirements Fabrication / metal shop experience (preferred) Basic tool knowledge (grinder, drill, saw) Forklift experience (plus) Able to read basic drawings Team player with good work ethic Physical Work Stand long hours Lift up to 50 lbs Work in a fast-paced shop Pay & Benefits $20
