Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing Occupational Therapy services within a vibrant school setting. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact, delivering maternity leave coverage for the 2026/2027 school year. The role is based on-site and involves working across four high schools, contributing to student success and supporting their unique developmental goals.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Active Minnesota OT license required (must be submitted with your resume for consideration) Previous experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred Demonstrated expertise in serving high school-aged students Comfortable providing coverage as part of a maternity leave substitution Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple sites
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative Occupational Therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs Collaborate closely with special education staff, teachers, and administration Assess, plan, and document student progress and needs Develop and implement intervention strategies to support students in accessing educational programming Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development Maintain compliance with all state and district documentation and reporting requirements
Position Details:
