Operations Manager/Executive Assistant

Operations Manager / Executive Assistant Solution Driven Technology is hiring an Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to help run the day-to-day operations of our technology and automation company. We need someone extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to keep multiple moving parts under control without constant supervision. This is not a corporate checkbox job. We move fast, juggle a lot, and solve problems in real time. If you need hand-holding, get overwhelmed easily, or take everything personally, this probably is not the right fit.

We need someone who:

Keeps people accountable Follows up relentlessly Notices what others miss Can organize chaos Is comfortable dealing with strong personalities Can communicate professionally with clients while keeping internal operations moving You will help manage: Service tickets Client communication Scheduling and follow-up Internal operations Administrative tasks Workflow coordination Social media and growth efforts General "make sure nothing falls through the cracks" responsibilities You will also assist ownership with multiple businesses and projects, so adaptability and common sense matter more than corporate buzzwords. Technical Skills Must be comfortable with: Microsoft 365 Outlook Excel Word Teams Huge plus if you have experience with: Salesforce Wealthbox Redtail CRM Zapier AI tools / ChatGPT Automation platforms IT or managed service environments What We're Looking For Highly organized Reliable Thick skin Fast learner Strong communicator Self-motivated Good under pressure Able to prioritize without needing constant direction Pay Starting range $35k- $45k. Performance-based increases and bonuses.
