Your Role As a caregiver, you will provide reliable, hands-on support during short, focused 4-hour shifts. This role is ideal for caregivers who value consistency, efficiency, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing) Providing companionship and emotional support Meal preparation and assistance with dietary needs Ensuring client safety and overall well-being Medication reminders Light housekeeping Documenting and reporting client updates What We're Looking For Genuine passion for supporting seniors and vulnerable adults Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude Strong reliability and professionalism Active HCA, CNA, or NAC certification Compliance with Washington State health regulations Valid photo ID and Social Security Card Current TB test results CPR and Food Handler certifications Proof of caregiving training or education Why Join Family Best Care?
