Job Description

Job Title:
Outpatient Therapist supporting Adults, Children, and Families (Full-Time - 36 Hours/Week)
Location:
Clay Center, KS Make a Difference in the Lives of Children and Families Join our supportive, mission-driven team as an Outpatient Child & Family Therapist and help provide high-quality, community-based mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families.
What You'll Do:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting Conduct diagnostic assessments, formulate recommendations, and provide ongoing psychotherapy for child, adolescent and adult clients using individual, family, conjoint and group modalities. Monitor progress toward treatment goals by evaluating and adjusting services provided. Complete and maintain accurate and up-to-date (Real Time or Near Real Time) client files and reports, including, but not limited to: assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, quarterly reports, discharge summaries, reports, billing and insurance forms and any other written material required. Document in a clear, accurate, concise and professional manner. Provide appropriate referrals and serve as client advocate as needed. Collaborate with schools, primary care providers, and other community stakeholders. Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training opportunities.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Licensure or license-eligibility (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent) in Oregon Experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in a clinical setting Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
