• Part-time, Full-time ⭐ About the Role The Para‑Professional (DSP) provides direct care, supervision, and support to youth in a Level III therapeutic group home. Staff help maintain safety, structure, and daily routines using trauma‑informed approaches. ⭐ Responsibilities
• Supervise youth and maintain a safe, structured environment
• Assist with daily living including hygiene, meals, chores, and routines
• Support behavior plans and use de‑escalation strategies
• Document services including shift notes, incident reports, and communication logs
• Transport youth to school, appointments, and activities
• Respond to crises using calm, trauma‑informed techniques
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and bedrooms
• Communicate with team during shift changes
• Follow policies including confidentiality and mandatory reporting ⭐ Qualifications
• 21 years or older
• High School Diploma or transcript OR College Diploma or transcript must be available to submit at hiring
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Experience working with youth is preferred but not required ⭐ Skills Needed
