You may have seen our billboards across the San Gabriel Valley—we are a firm built on excellence, branding, and results. We are currently looking for a highly skilled, litigation-focused Paralegal to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities (Litigation Workflow)
Court Filings:
Execute electronic filings (e-filing) via OneLegal and other court portals; ensure all filings comply with California Superior Court rules.
Discovery Mastery:
Draft and respond to Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, Requests for Admissions (RFA), and Requests for Production (RFP). Manage discovery timelines and meet-and-confer letters.
Deposition Preparation:
Coordinate and schedule depositions, prepare deposition bibles, and organize exhibits for attorney review.
Motion & Trial Support:
Assist in drafting motions and oppositions; prepare trial documents including Witness Lists, Exhibit Lists, and Jury Instructions.
Deadline Management:
Maintain a rigorous litigation calendar, tracking statutes of limitations, discovery cut-offs, and court appearances.
Client Advocacy:
Serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the litigation process with clarity and empathy. Qualifications (What we are looking for) Unlike our entry-level roles, this position requires a seasoned professional who can "hit the ground running." We are looking for: Bilingual Skills (Mandarin/Cantonese): Fluency in English and Chinese is required . You must be able to translate complex legal concepts for our diverse clientele.
PI Litigation Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in California Personal Injury Litigation. You must know the "ins and outs" of the litigation lifecycle.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in OneLegal and case management software like Filevine. You should be a "power user" of Microsoft and other software for legal drafting.
