Summary We are seeking a Part-Time Budtender to join our team at Maggie's Farm in Colorado. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge, helping our clients select the perfect strains for their needs. The Part-Time Budtender will play a key role in embodying our farm-to-bowl philosophy. Responsibilities Provide knowledgeable recommendations on marijuana products to customers. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including stocking and merchandising products. Assist in product demonstrations to educate customers about strain differences. Upsell products based on customer needs and preferences. Supervise junior staff members as needed to ensure excellent service delivery. Address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the cannabis industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing client experiences. Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
