About Our Clinic We are a privately owned, therapist-led outpatient practice known for delivering highly personalized, one-on-one care in a refined, patient-focused environment. About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our healthcare and rehabilitation team in Hamilton, New Jersey on a part-time basis (Mon, Wed, Fri) and weekends, if required. The Occupational Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic services to patients by evaluating functional abilities, developing personalized treatment plans, and helping individuals improve independence and quality of life. This role is ideal for an OT looking for flexible scheduling while working in a collaborative and patient-focused environment. Clinical Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and functional assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living, motor, sensory, cognitive, and functional skills Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and home care strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care efforts Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when applicable Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current NBCOT certification required Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license required Prior clinical experience preferred; new graduates will be considered Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage flexible scheduling Benefits Flexible part-time schedule 6 Paid Holidays Competitive hourly compensation Supportive team environment Continuing education opportunities Professional growth and mentorship Opportunity for additional hours based on patient volume
