Patient Services Inbound Call Team

Love helping kids and families feel comfortable and confident about their smiles? Dinosaur Orthodontics is looking for friendly, patient, and dependable individuals to join our Patient Services Team. As a key part of our patient-centered, family-focused orthodontic practice, you'll be the first voice parents and caregivers hear when they reach out. You'll help guide families through their child's orthodontic journey—from the initial consultation to ongoing treatment—while creating a warm, supportive, and stress-free experience every step of the way. No experience? No problem! We provide full training in scheduling, patient communication, workflows, and insurance basics—and you'll be paid while you learn.

What You'll Do:

Answer incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and a family-friendly approach Schedule appointments Assist with general questions about treatment, insurance, payment plans, etc Verify basic insurance information Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and unscheduled treatment outreach Accurately document patient interactions and maintain organized, up-to-date records Collaborate with clinical and business team members to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient

What We're Looking For:

Positive, patient-centered attitude with a genuine passion for helping patients Friendly, calm, and reassuring communication style Strong phone skills and the ability to build trust and rapport quickly Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, dependable, and results-focused Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic High School Diploma or GED required; pediatric, dental, or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Hourly Rate:
