Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make an impact as a Speech Language Pathologist in a collaborative school environment dedicated to empowering K-12 students. This contract opportunity offers a fulfilling experience supporting students' communication skills within a small, close-knit district. Key Qualifications:
Possess an active South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License Strong interest in working with school-aged children across varying needs School-based experience is a plus but not required—clinicians with a genuine drive to support students are encouraged to pursue this role Openness to serving a broad K-12 caseload for the duration of the academic year Background or interest in teletherapy, pediatric, healthcare, or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) pathways is welcome
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students at a single school site Provide direct and indirect therapy, participate in team meetings, and document progress Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to tailor interventions and maximize outcomes Embrace flexible approaches, including teletherapy as needed, to ensure continuity of student care Manage a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday Contribute to a positive, student-centered atmosphere from July 28, 2026, to May 27, 2027
