Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type All Job Types Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by helping them reach their full potential through occupational therapy services. This opportunity is designed for skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapists interested in working in both elementary and secondary school settings. Whether you thrive with in-person, teletherapy, or home health support, there's flexibility to match your expertise and preferred delivery mode. Openings are available for full-time therapists, supporting a manageable caseload of approximately 55-60 students. The work spans elementary and secondary schools, with varied school hours—most elementary hours are from 8:30 am to 3:15 pm, while secondary schedules are 7:30 am to 2:15 pm. Desired Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy license Experience in pediatric settings, ideally within schools or home health Background providing therapy via telehealth platforms is a plus Expertise tailoring interventions to meet diverse student needs Strong collaboration and communication abilities with interdisciplinary teams, students, and families Organizational skills for managing caseloads and documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students ages 5-18 Deliver direct therapy services in-person, in the home, or virtually based on assignment and student needs Document progress, maintain accurate records, and comply with all regulatory standards Consult with teachers, caregivers, and educational teams to maximize student success Participate in IEP meetings, recommending accommodations and modifications as needed Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging therapeutic environment Experience a fulfilling career shaping young lives while enjoying the variety and challenge of a multi-age caseload.
