Overview We are seeking an experienced Dance Instructor to lead our dance classes in a positive and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dance and the ability to educate students aged 5 to 16 with all skill levels. The Dance Instructor will be responsible for creating engaging and challenging lessons that promote the development of dance skills, discipline, and teamwork. Duties

• Develop and teach a variety of dance classes, including Hip-hop, and/or (Afrobeat Folklore, Ballet, Jazz ), for students aged 5 to 16 with all skill levels.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and meet the needs of students.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Collaborate with other instructors to plan and deliver comprehensive dance education programs.
• Develop and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and motivation. Skills
• Experience teaching dance classes to students aged 5 to 16 with all skill levels.
• Strong knowledge of dance techniques, including Hip-hop and/or(Afrobeat, Folklore, Latin, Jazz).
• Ability to develop and implement engaging and challenging lesson plans.
• Proven ability to manage classroom behavior and promote a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide individualized instruction and feedback.
• Willingness to participate in performance events and other extracurricular activities.
