Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescription medications in accordance with regulations and guidelines Review and validate prescribed medications for accuracy, appropriateness, and drug interactions Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and storage Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize pharmaceutical care Maintain inventory and ensure the safe storage of medications Document and report any medication errors or adverse reactions promptly

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Licensed Pharmacist with current credentials to practice in Massachusetts Experience in retail or hospital pharmacy settings, specifically with prescription medication management Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently during night hours Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and standard practices
