Precision Assembler

Description Ensure subassemblies are measured and assembled to meet production goals, including cycle time, quantity and quality. Measure and verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring devices, including (but not limited to) calipers, micrometers and gauges. Fit parts together to ensure proper operation of subassemblies in final assembly. Operate laser welding equipment. Read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings. Perform in-process inspection of parts to ensure manufacturing adherence to all quality requirements. Perform daily maintenance on measuring tools. Conduct routine inspection and flag upcoming required calibration as needed. Maintain a clean and safe workplace. Perform daily 6S activities to ensure organization and cleanliness of work area. Perform necessary transactions in ERP system to maintain accurate inventory. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.22 - $21.22/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
