Job Summary:
Trinchero Family Wine and Spirits is seeking a highly organized and solutions-driven Trade Marketing Operations Project Coordinator to support the growing marketing team behind our award-winning portfolio of wine and spirits. This pivotal project management and traffic coordination role is the heartbeat of our creative process—managing workflows, tracking timelines, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned amid shifting priorities and fast-paced deliverables. You will serve as the hub connecting creative, production, and brand marketing teams, helping move projects forward—from digital assets to point-of-sale materials. Our ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented project manager who remains calm under pressure, brings structure to complexity, and communicates clearly as priorities evolve. Essential Functions:

Manage the project lifecycle for creative, point-of-sale, and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with appropriate stakeholder alignment Act as the department administrator for Wrike, the project management system, including user onboarding, workflow optimization, and dashboard/report creation Intake, assess, and prioritize incoming project requests; communicate feasibility, timing, and required resources to internal stakeholders Build and manage project schedules, assign tasks, and ensure clear handoffs across teams Lead project kickoff and status meetings as appropriate; proactively communicate updates, risks, and changes Partner with creative services, production, brand marketing, compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables Identify and escalate potential delays or resource constraints while contributing to solutions and process improvements Continuously evaluate and refine project workflows to increase efficiency and clarity Pull reports and analyze data from the project management system, making recommendations related to assigned areas of responsibility Support production and the trade marketing operations team with additional projects as needed
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Experience:
2+ years of project coordination, traffic management, or project management experience, ideally within a creative, marketing, or operations environment Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines with accuracy and follow-through Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional partners and manage expectations at all levels Demonstrated ability to remain composed, solutions-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess trade-offs and escalate risks appropriately Collaborative and diplomatic working style, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Proficiency with project management tools; experience with Wrike or similar platforms preferred Familiarity with creative processes and timelines; experience supporting point-of-sale materials or the alcohol beverage industry is a plus

Salary Range:
$30.00 - $35.00 The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location. TFE offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, PTO, wellness programs and fertility and family building benefits. We also provide a 401(k) plan where TFE may make a discretionary profit-sharing contribution.
