Job Description

Radiation Therapist - Nampa, ID Soliant - 3.9 Nampa, ID Job Details Full-time | Contract Qualifications ARRT (T) Certification Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a pivotal role as a Radiation Therapist with a renowned healthcare provider, delivering vital care and expertise in a collaborative setting. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals dedicated to patient-centered treatment using advanced radiation therapy techniques.
Schedule:
36-40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm No on-call duties and no holiday shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Precisely administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments for oncology patients Operate linear accelerators and other radiation equipment according to protocol and safety standards Collaborate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and dosimetrists to ensure accurate treatment delivery Monitor patients throughout treatments, providing care, support, and clear communication Document and maintain accurate treatment records in compliance with regulatory and departmental guidelines Uphold strict safety practices for patient and staff protection at all times
Desired Qualifications:
Current registration as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT) State licensure as required Proven experience as a radiation therapist in a healthcare or hospital environment Strong knowledge of treatment planning procedures and quality assurance Commitment to compassionate, professional patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with electronic medical records and radiation therapy software
