Residential Plumber

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, remodeling, and heavy lifting.

Duties:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local plumbing codes
• Collaborate with contractors and other construction professionals to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely solutions
• Collaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate recommendations
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete plumbing tasks
• Weld or solder pipes and fittings as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Plumber or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and remodeling projects
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
• Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
